Frequently asked questions

How long will it take to receive my proof?

Currently I am at 4 days for your first proof. I do my artwork in the order in which they are recieved. If I have to contact companies to get their logos that I do not have, proofs can take longer. Revisions can take up to 48 hours.

How long does it take to recieve my jersey?

Once artwork is approved and the invoice has been paid, It will take approximately 14-18 days to print, press, sew, and ship your jersey

Do you have a Phone # we can call?

I no longer have an office number. As a 1 man shop it is very hard to be on the phone all day and draw and print jerseys. Right now I only use email and facebook messenger, that way everything is on file. This will ensure no miscommunication.

How do you take payment?

Once the artwork is approved, I will send you an invoice payble online by debit/credit card. You just click pay now on the email link and it will take you to your invoice. We can also make paypal invoices by request.

What is the difference between a budget short sleeve jersey, and a regular short sleeve crew neck jersey?

The budget short sleeve jerseys are pre-sewn jerseys that we dye the artwork into. It cuts out the cost of the seamstress but they do have limitations. Budget jerseys only range from XS-3XL. You can not adjust the length of a budget jersey. Logos can not be applied to the sleeves on a budget jersey. White creasing can appear under the arms and along the seams where the shirt does not lay completely flat during the sublimation process.

What Logos do you have on file?

I have 1000s of logos currently on file. I have most larger companies logos on file, but typically will not have local shops. Once you fill out your order form, I will notify you if there are any logos I need.

What shipping service do you use?

I ship using USPS Priority to keep cost down. I can ship by fedex upon request.

What file format do you need for a logo?

Vector files will always show up best on a jersey. These file types include SVG, EPS, PDF, CDR or AI. Almost all companies who pay for their logos will have this file type on hand. They use these to make their business cards and signage. Jpgs you find on google will most likely be to blurry or pixelated for your jersey. PNG files will sometimes work if they are large files.

Do you charge extra for logos or background artwork?

I do not charge extra if you need additional logo placements. I also do not charge extra for background artwork.
